Review of Suman sa Lihiya at Eat Pinoy by raffymabanag

This is a traditional Filipino rice cake made from glutinous rice and topped with sugar syrup. I was told the syrup contains milk so I asked to omit that. It was very hot when it was served and with that huge serving, it took me a while to finish this. The taste is quite bland without the sugar syrup, so it would've been nice if they have an alternative. #manilavegans #veganin2022 #ricecake
