These rolls are filled with rice noodles, pickled carrot, lettuce, and tofu. I wish there had been more tofu and maybe some micro greens but the rolls were still super delicious and I loved the textures. The peanut sauce was the perfect combination of sweet, salty, and sour. I would definitely try these again but they are a bit pricey.
