Review of Savoury waffle at Lexi's Healthy Eatery by vangees16

I really wanted to enjoy this meal. The hollandais was cold which was weird and the carrot bacon tasted very carrot-sequence and not crispy. It wasn’t a very balanced meal in terms of flavour but it is packed with nutrients and whole foods which is great. An umami taste would’ve been great or some spice. It’s a fun idea but not quite there.
