The flavors of this shake/smoothie are not ones I would think to put together, but I thought they actually worked! I think I would get this again. My bf didn’t really feel the same and wasn’t a huge fan, on the other hand. I would call personally, consider this more of a shake than a smoothie. Cups, lids, and straws were all compostable.
