
[meal pictured pre-gravy😉] I really expected this to be something you put on the oven and actually ROAST but instead you slice it cold and then fry the slices for a few mins on each side! The flavour is good - the garlic is distinguishable in the centre and is kinda juicy almost like garlic butter - and I fried it in a splash of soy sauce and that flavour really soaked into it… mmmm! Not as tough as I expected - more juicy and tender than a tofurky roast - and overall really nice but still rather steep at £16. It fed three of us a real nice hearty portion but I probably wouldn’t buy at full price (luckily I got this as part of one of my 90/90 challenge prizes) #mockmeat #veganmeat #sgaia #veganroast
