Amazing dish, I had never tried taro before and it was a nice discovery. It is fried inside "tofu leaves"which makes it very soft inside and crunchy outside. It is served with an amazing sauce that makes everything perfect. 14€ (which is the highest price in the menu but I assure you it's worth it)
I think it's better to share the dish with someone because the portion is quite big!

Piatto pazzesco, non avevo mai mangiato il taro e è stata una piacevole scoperta. È fritto dentro la "foglia di tofu", molto morbido dentro e fuori croccante. È servito con una salsa che non so cosa sia ma era buonissima e rende tutto pazzesco. 14€ (è tipo il piatto più caro del menù ma secondo me li vale tutti)
L'ho preso da dividere in 2 e ne sono stata soddisfatta, perché la porzione è molto abbondante
