Can I say that I absolutely love it?!? I am a mega fan of salmon sushi and despite this dish being vegan, they did an excellent job in mimicking the texture and taste of the fish. So kudos to you! It goes very well with soya sauce and wasabi. I think they also offer other Japanese fashion cuisines, such as their highly raved Tofunagi Maki roll! Do try it?! As it is super crispy with the teriyaki sauce, refreshing bite of cucumber and sushi rice.

Highly recommend you to come early to queue as I queued for 10 mins in order for me to enter! They are very popular in Hougang! Will definitely bring my family here next time.
