Review of Beetroot And Cashew Cheese at Analogue by cciot

I loved this! I would only improve it by adding a few more of the crackers to dip in - they only covered about half of the cashew cheese and beetroot. Otherwise I felt the flavour profile of the cashew cheese and beetroot was amazing, but I would’ve wanted for the beetroot to be a bit more tart? Vinegary? Somehow have a bit more kick than it did. However, I’d definitely get this again, and it looked lovely.
