Review of Cookie Monster at Heartbreak Melts Ice Cream Cafe by mikebroadhead

Very visually striking - definitely evoking the Sesame Street character. Has lots of Oreo flavor as well. Overall good, but they give small scoops for the price. Would be nice if there was some fresh Oreo added before serving so that there was a crunch with it. Nice that they have vegan cones - hopefully their waffles are vegan in the future. Oatly is the milk base for this one.
