New Korean inspired vegetarian/ vegan store at capitol! This dish consists of mix mushrooms, barley, dasi stock, doenjang (Korean miso) and truffle oil. Really love this dish though it’s a little pricey. The Arborio rice has been substituted with barley. The dasi stock and doenjang really added to the amazing Unami flavour! Would return to try the rest of the dishes.
