Angie’s Tempeh

Though there are many ways to enjoy this Tempeh Bak Kwa, we could only think of the old traditional way (definitely from an uncle and aunty) that is, to make it a sandwich for breakfast.

That sauce oh my, is very delicious especially if toast because the sauce right, like "locked" into the tempeh, sweeeeeeet! Eat it like this as a snack or cook it whatever, it will still as good while still getting protein from the tempeh (compared to mock vegetarian meat).
