Review of Thai Red Curry at Genius Central Singapore by katherinegloria

I enjoyed the nice variety of apple eggplants, tomatoes, mushrooms, baby corn, bean sprouts & fried shallots cooked in the sweet coconut milk curry. However, this dish does not taste very Thai & it certainly lacks the savoury flavour expected of red curry. The menu also claims it comes with basmati rice but the rice itself was absolutely bland & missing the typical flagrant/aroma of basmati. This dish is not terrible, but i would say it looks better than it tastes. Genius Central’s vegan dishes are amazing, but just not this one!
