Review of Pink beetroot Pesto - Wicked by timvegmalone

I made Pink Beetroot Pesto pasta with sautéed mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and spinach. This is one of the first products I’ve bought from the Wicked Kitchen brand. This stuff tastes amazing and is very unique! It’s got a great unexpected smoky flavor to it that makes the dish really delicious. It’s perfectly creamy as well. The beet flavor is not at all overpowering. I couldn’t really taste it as much as I would think with a bright pink jar, so if you’re not a big beet fan, no worries. The cashew and garlic flavors tasted great blended with that hint of smokiness. The pink color is bright and colorful, and makes a cool change to regular looking pastas. I look forward to trying it in other ways too. Only $3.99, small jar, but can cover a lot of pasta. I will definitely buy this again!
