Review of Golden Plant Based F'sh Filets - Gardein by prowhistlerdave

I LOVE Gardein Fishless Fillets! They have the flavor and texture of real fish. I use them in fish tacos (pictured), fish sandwiches, and I've even cut them up before and thrown them into a salad.

I used to work in a vegan restaurant where we used Gardein golden fishless fillets and I consistently got comments from customers saying they could not believe it wasn't real fish. These are that good!

Cooking tip: Don't microwave these. Or anything else that has a breading for that matter. Use your oven or toaster oven, or if you have an air fryer, that works too. Foods with a bread element belong in the oven, not the microwave. It's well worth the extra cooking time, trust me on this. If you don't mind a little extra oil in your food, you can even put a few drops of oil on them before putting them in the oven and this will make the breading extra crispy.
