This consisted of a mustard grilled Beyond Meat patty, caramelized onions, Violife cheddar, Thousand Island dressing, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions. Meaty, creamy, and satisfying, this is so much better than the non-vegan original for which it was named. It’s every bit as delicious and so much kinder to the animals and our 🌎. #saveveganrestaurants
