Review of El Paso Burger at Spiral Diner & Bakery by strawberrycupcake

Sooo good, I think it's my favorite dish off their menu. It is past mere yummy, it is scrumdiddlyumptious. Overall, if you like a little kick & you like creaminess or guac, you will love this burger. And for any of their burgers, I recommend their classic patty, super delish.

I got mine with the classic (soy/wheat) patty and requested extra sauce. For one, I adore their classic patty, it's an amazing texture and great savory taste and doesn't fall apart as you eat. And I loved this burger - the guac added lots of creaminess, crunch from onion, some kick from creamy chipotle sauce & pickled jalapeños, acidity that cuts through a little with tomato. You could leave off lettuce if you wanted but I personally enjoy the texture. Best part was the creamy chipotle sauce - literally got extra to bring home so I can use it for potatos, or tofu, or whatever. (BTW, burgers here come w chips, not fries.)
