Review of Taco 'Bout It Salad at Detroit Street Filling Station by mynameislisa

This cleverly-named salad was quite a meal, in a huge bowl jam-packed with all sorts of delicious goodies like greens, shredded cabbage, grilled tofu chunks, crumbled seasoned corn chips and pico de gallo. But wait: THERE'S MORE. There is plenty of cashew nacho cheese in the bowl, and a side of chipotle ranch sauce to boot.

It was a beautiful day so I walked around afterwards to enjoy the overall cuteness of downtown Ann Arbor, which was necessary after eating every bite of this delicious monstrosity.

This restaurant is 100% vegan so please show them some love if you are anywhere in the vicinity. You will enjoy it, I promise!
