👍 The firmest tofu I've found in a supermarket. The taste is so good, it's one of very few tofus that I eat raw just because I genuinely like it and not because I was too lazy to cook it. High protein, healthy fats and free from added salt.

👎 Pretty expensive for the weight of the pack, and isn't a source of calcium as it's set with nigari.
