Review of Baked Shakshuka at Infinite Café Plant-Powered Kitchen by simonel

A very generous and delicious meal! Shakshuka sauce with tomatoes, peppers and chickpeas served with a spicy Beyond sausage and Just Egg.
That 'egg' was incredible and so much like an omelette in flavour and texture. Topped with a crispy kale leaf. A really good meal.
