Review of Tofunagi Maki at Lucky Cat by ziggyradiobear

Well done with the tofunagi, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Teriyaki sauce is too sweet. Perhaps the tofunagi itself can be made more savoury to even out the sweet sauce.
Update: I tested the maki again and realised that the rice is not vinegar-y enough. Tofuangi itself is savoury enough already. So maybe rice needs to be more sour
