I bought this brioche thinking it would be too sweet and nauseating and that I wouldn't like it,
I must say this isn't the case! This brioche is filled with a pleasing citrus fruits jam and carrots and is made with sourdough.
The taste surely isn't comparable with fresh croissant but it's not bad for a sweet snack in a service station!
