Review of Cauliflower Hash Browns - Strong Roots by aishahalattas

These definitely taste healthier than your average oily/buttery hash browns, but not in a bad way. Really nice actually when you want some breakfast-y carbs but don’t wanna feel weighed down by it. Had it with some sautéed kale, roasted tomatoes and eggplants, and baked beans for brunch earlier and it really completed the dish and gave me good fuel for the rest of the day.
