Review of Vegan Taco Salad at Carlos Poco Loco by kristikrum

So glad I found this restaurant on my way out of Toledo! It's a Cuban restaurant with a large menu and even a few great vegan options. This "salad" was huge and had portobello mushrooms, I think field roast sausage, fajita veggies, corn, beans and more. It was so filling. The only misnomer is it's not really a salad, there was just a pinch of salad and guac on top. Though I would've liked more lettuce, I can't complain, you really get your money's worth on great food here! Comes with chips and salsa to go also. Will definitely be back. #veganisnotscary
