Review of Chopped Vegetable Salad at Lucky Penny at Red Rock by prowhistlerdave

This chopped vegetable salad has Romaine, spinach, green beans, red bell pepper, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, tomato, charred corn, garbanzo beans, avocado, and it has a vegan chia seed vinaigrette. Absolutely delicious! I recommend it.
