Finally got to visit Essenza in Grosseto... I've wanted to come here for years. Arrived in perfect time for tea and cake 🍰. There's a huge range on offer and this place is amazing, it's a glimpse of how all cafes and restaurants could be but so rarely are... 💚💪🌱 I chose the Sacher cake with pistachio cream. It was rich and really satisfying and well worth the long drive as part of my #veganroadtrip
