I stumbled upon this restaurant while strolling through the downtown core of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. And I’m so glad I did! This restaurant has several vegan options, beyond the token burger. This sandwich was phenomenal!! It had vegan mozzarella, teriyaki grilled mushroom and onions, sriracha sauce and vegan mayo. I’d order it again, without hesitation.
