Review of Fried eggplant with veggies in spicy sauce at Chinese Restaurant Classico by flouredfingers

This is one of our favorite dishes in this restaurant, but this time the portion was huuuuge 😁 it was delicious 🤤 slightly spicy and full of veggies - the eggplant is good the first 10 minutes though, while it's still a bit crispy and haven't soaked up all of the juice..
