Forgotten the actual name of this dish. Was so hungry that I took a few bites before I managed to take a snap lol. It was served with a generous portion of soba noodles and toppings like tofu puffs, soft tofus, fresh vegetables, wakame and black and white fungus. The broth leaned towards the lighter end.. would prefer for a more unami taste but luckily the yuzu pepper seasoning on the side enhances the taste. Would still like to head down to try other dishes which looks tempting :) like their agedashi tofu or other sobas
