Chocolate Parfait at Veggie Grill — meryl's Review (Sep 9, 2021)

This parfait… had a lasting effect on me. I love all things chocolate and this parfait was an absolute dream. It’s a pretty simple dish when I think about it, but everything about it just works so perfectly. The texture of the pudding was similar to chocolate mousse, and it was the perfect level of sweetness. Eating that bite with some crunch from the cookie crumbles made it even richer and delicate. And just LOOK at how pretty it is! I could order and eat 4 of these and be unbothered. Try it out!
