Review of Baguette sandwich banh mi at Naked Earth Cafe by plantbasedlifestyle

Have been wanting to try out ths sandwich here ever since they opened but COVID and their opening hours did not help as I had been WFH for ages. Ordered this via foodpanda eventually however was pretty disappointed. The bottom part of the bread was partly soggy due to the sauce/pate and the fillings werent as generous. There were strips of tofu and the usual pickled carrots, radish with cucumber, corainder and chilli. While i enjoy the strips of tofu, i feel that the flavour of the pickled vegetables are lacking. Also, the banh mi was served pretty cold. It would have been nice if the bread was toasted. That said, I would still give this new eatery a chance for trying out other dishes in the menu! :)
