Review of Set A Vegetarian Chicken Rice at 33 Vegetarian Food by katherinegloria

A great vegetarian chicken rice set. It is served with a mix of both steamed & roasted “chicken”, served with bok choy, preserved veggies, tomatoes, with chilli, garlic & dark soy sauce.

I did not really enjoy the steamed ‘chicken’ (photo 2) - I am not really sure what it is made of, but the texture was off putting for me. I liked the ‘roasted chicken’ a lot more (photo 3) which is made using beancurd skin - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This rice is flavourful & resembles that of chicken rice. Nice presentation too, it appears as if my meal was smiling back at me.
