Review of Sous Vide Plant Based Egg Bites - JUST Egg by gabba

Ordered these JUST egg bites online (hence the ruined packaging lol). It had melted a bit before I got a chance to store them in the freezer!
I ordered them on a website called “naturesante.ca”. I don’t believe that these are available yet in Canada so this company allows for us Canadians to get our hands on some of these American products! Which is awesome.
So, in regards to these sous-vide egg bites, they were really nice! 👍 The texture was exactly like real eggs…. I had never had sous-vides with real eggs before but I wouldn’t have guessed that this was vegan if I was a non-vegan. I don’t think anyone would have guessed either lol.
Sous-vides are similar to quiches in my opinion but without the crust. So if you were a fan of these before going vegan, you will probably love these. Last time I checked they had 2 flavours, (American style and Mexican style) so I think I might’ve enjoyed the other kind more for a bit more flavour. It tasted slightly like dill and in some bites, like potatoes. The American style actually had pieces of potatoes in them along with other veggies so that was nice. Overall the texture was on point! However in terms of personal preference, I would have enjoyed it more had it been slightly more flavourful! So next time I’ll be trying the other kind! This is all personal preference, but it’s nothing a bit of hot sauce can’t fix 😜. I will be buying these again, perhaps for hors-d’œuvres since I think most people will really enjoy these!
