Edit 5-8-24. I no longer support this business as the two owners are no longer vegan and promote the carnivore diet on their social media.

These are really decent. They're gluten-free, loaded with protein, and sprouted buckwheat. They also come with a side of homemade cream cheese, but I choose to eat mine with my veggie salad dish. I will definitely buy a loaf of this bread.
