Is oat gluten-free? One of my friends has celiac disease and she says that she therefore can't eat it because it contains at least small amounts of gluten which are already harmful when you have celiac disease.

The restaurant is called El Patio in Tiksin Patio and they have this yummy vegan, gluten free and soy free dish. The tacos are filled with chili sin carne type of sauce and topped with oatly creme fraiche and coriander. The nachos have vegan shredded cheese, pico de gallo and coriander on top. Illegally gooood. 12€
