This was somewhat underwhelming 😐 I usually only like thick #udon #noodles if I enjoy the sauce/broth. On this occasion the #miso lacked umami, and was just really sour for whatever reason 😒 It was a chore to get to the end of this.

Came with some skin-on #tofu, #sweetcorn, #enoki #mushroom, julienned #carrot, and #wakame. And also - oddly - two pieces of poppadom (out of shot) 🤨
