Review of Banh Dap at Tịnh Quán Chay by gac-veganfoodreview

Banh Dap is a super special kind of dish from the middle of Vietnam. There are noddle, grilled rice cracker, mushroom, pickle and lots of green leaves and herbs. Topped with grilled peanut and shallot. The dish is severed with sweet and sour sauce. Really really nice. Must try it even once !
