Gardein has very good quality, flavorful vegan meats. The beefless tips are one of my favorites. The consistency and texture is great. I always keep a bag in my freezer and can easily add a handful of beefless tips to just about any meal to increase the protein content. It instantly turns plain veggies into a meal.
