Review of Sexy spinach scramble at Lexi's Healthy Eatery by rynol

Very enjoyable breakfast of tofu scrambled with spinach, kale and parsley with a roasted tomato and avocado with savoury granola. I swapped my toast for sweet potato. Very tasty.
