This was a nearly perfect brunch. My only complaint is that I wish the tofu scramble had veggies in it. The flavor of everything was great. I got the pancakes with blueberries and chose tempeh bacon to have with the scramble. I would totally get this again and simply request veggies in the scramble. So yummy! 🥞
