Review of Beyond Beef Plant-Based Ground 20G - Beyond Meat by herbimetal

Oh boy, what a treat! I bought Beyond Beef on discount and could make so many things with it. I made cheesy pasta, tomato sauce pasta with meatballs, Sloppy Joes and my first ever lasagne!!! Used @abillion10 recipes for Sloppy Joes and lasagne as references. Oh boy, it is so cool to have meat without harming animals, high in protein too. I would like to learn about how to season it though, especially for the meatballs. I rolled them without flour and they could hold, but were a little dry. As for the lasagne I made the filling first which went in the Sloppy Joes and then I baked the lasagne. Yum yum!!! The mince goes soooo well with shiitake mushrooms and edamame. This is truly #veganheaven #beyondmeat #veganisnotscary
