Review of Konjac Salmon Sashimi at Lucky Cat by gretchforveg

This is defined the highly of my dining experience at Lucky Cat!!! Probably the only vegan sashimi i could find in Singapore. I would go back just for this. The texture and taste is on point, I am also very very very grateful that the white stripes are not made of dairy. My wish has been granted.
