Review of Mixed Vegetables Brown Rice at Yi Xin Vegetarian by applepancakes

$4! got the fried tempeh, cucumber stir fry and eggplant. the brown rice was a little hard, and the tempeh was a bit too fried for my liking aha. a little bit too dry. the eggplants were soft and sauce was good! like sweet and sour sauce iirc. cucumbers were alright, just that I thought it was cabbage HAHAHHA adds a nice and much needed refreshing touch. think I didn’t choose the right combination of dish oops, but will go back and try the rest of the dishes:D
