Talented young chefs who previously owners of Vegetarian Dry Ban Mian by Sudouku, are now starting their new Vegan (alliums free) venture online @eatsudouku – Vegan Pasta by Sudouku, an All Vegan Cloud Restaurant. They currently offer three different Cold Pasta set at price of $16-18. There’re Cold Truffle Pasta Set, Cold Wasabi Pasta Set and Cold Mentsuyu Pasta Set. Cold pasta is so interesting as it is something new to me. I don’t think I had cold pasta before till this....
I had Cold Wasabi Pasta Set earlier and was sooooo amazed by the generous portion, variety of ingredients and different taste experiences it offer, simply in just a bento set! I finished all with nothing left 😋 Below are the ingredients:
✨Wasabi flavoured al dente angel hair pasta & toppings– Love the light wasabi tinge of taste in it and the great choice of pasta. Cold, thin and chewy! Also the vegan caviar are so interesting ~ They went bursting in my mouth! Delightful🤤
✨ Bean sprouts – these are like the sides we always have for Korean/ Jap foodie. Taste of it reminded me of vinegar~ Love this!
✨ Cherry tomatoes and shredded cabbage – This is sooo good with the sauce that bring tinge of sweetness! Understanding from the owner, they paired it with Jap Rice Vinegar too. Best!
✨ Japanese Silken tofu – Light and soft texture with Ponzu sauce. Super likey too! Lovely~
Packaging is very thoughtful where seaweed and vegan caviar are separately packed. I had fun pouring them onto the pasta. Will so order again when they deliver to the east/ CBD!
