I had never tried the Original Oat #mylk by Oatly, only the organic version and the barista edition. Although, I do confess that Oatly’s Oat Barista makes the best lattes and has a 5-star consistency, this original one just seems to have a more delicious flavour! I bought a small packaging of 250ml because it was my first time trying it out, next time I’ll buy the big one, for sure 😋 #ditchdairy
This #oatmilk contains 4,1g of (naturally present) sugars per 100ml - which is a good percentage of sugar. Also contains vitamins (D, B12 and riboflavin), calcium and iodine.
Ingredients: water, oat 10%, rapeseed oil, calcium carbonate, calcium phosphates, salt, vitamins (D2, B12, riboflavin), potassium iodide. #soyafree
