Review of Mozzarella Flavour Slices - Violife by bornvegetarian

This is my first store bought vegan cheese and I have to say it is quite impressive! The taste is quite on point but on the mild side, quite like mozzarella. I put a small piece on a hot pan and it seemed to melt into a translucent goo and almost disappear - yet to test it's meltability properly but it does get soft and pliable with low heat. The powdery matte finish makes it look quite sophisticated, but I think it's a little pricey (someone bought it for me, though ☺️). The ingredients seem relatively clean but I'm not sure what's in the flavouring. Definitely enjoyable and I'm going to make sure it lasts a while 😋
