Review of Garam Masala Chai Latte at RGB Coffee at the Bean Hive by stevenneoh

Just following the name on the menu - I obviously requested for it with ice so it's not garam anymore 😅 Fun fact: no matter the season, I never drink anything hot, save for mulled wine and espresso 🙂 Everything else must come iced.

You pay a RM3 top-up to switch milks, but there is a full range of choice including #oatmilk (which this was), soy, hazelnut, almond, and one other. Just felt this #masala #chailatte overall lacked a bit of punch and flavour, perhaps precisely because I iced it 😅

I wouldn't recommend this café for getting a quiet coffee or meeting up over coffee though. Acoustics of the main dining room leave something to be desired; you hear the screech of chair legs against concrete + the general hubbub more than what the person across from you is saying 🤷‍♂️
