this was such a trip. the grape reminded me so much of a cherry tomato! i enjoyed that substitution as my mortal enemy is the tomato. to me it felt like the fruits chosen were rather neutral and thus paired well with the curry- which by the way, tastes more like a spin on assam laksa. if only they had options to customize your noodle thickness as i’m not such a huge fan of udon 🙈 but i still really loved this dish!
