Review of La Nanane (pear chocolate crepe) at Delice & Sarrasin by izoldat
The crepe is light. The pears are succulent. The almonds could have been roasted a bit to bring out their flavor a little more. The cream wasn’t too sweet so the other flavors could shine through. So delicious. I love desserts that are both decadent and vegan.
