rikesh I sure do know how to prepare from scratch, happy to show you anytime 🤗 A really good base for curry is spices and vegetables and then chopped tomatoes to add the sauciness! For this curry, I finally just added the frozen quorn pieces at the end. Definitely give it a try yourself Abi, i’m curious how it turns out 🤔 😅1 likeReply

rikesh Awesome! Some spices I use for most curries are : ground coriander, ground cumin, tumeric, garam masala and chill powder. Hope that helps Abi 😃1 likeReply

rikesh I usually go for “kashmiri” or “jwala” chilli but feel free to use whatever is chilli you have available, so long as it’s finely chopped! I know you can handle your spice Abi 😉🌶 😅1 likeReply
