This Miyoko’s Vegan Mozzarella is so delicious. I absolutely love the flavor. It’s more like a cheese spread because it’s soft and does not shred. I personally don’t think it melts that well (too oily when melted), but it tastes great on a triscuit or spread on a veggie sandwich or wrap. #abillionlove #miyokos #mozzarella #ditchdairy
